On January 30, (Art)ScienceBLR hosted an open afternoon exploring immersive sound design and interactive programming.

Paris-based artist and composer Eric Raynaud, in residence at the Indian Sonic Research Organisation in 2025, led a workshop focused on real-time sound spatialization using Max/MSP and XP, his immersive sound design tool for Ableton Live.

Participants experienced live demonstrations and contributed their own sounds for real-time spatial manipulation inside the auditorium. The event drew artists, musicians, technologists, and others interested in spatial audio practices.

The session concluded with a presentation of Ritual for a Dying Planet, Eric’s generative audiovisual performance that has been showcased across Europe.
